Your organization is responsible for the lead, homeowner, and customer data it captures or receives through LeadNode.
If you export, share, or use that data outside LeadNode, your organization remains responsible for how it is handled.
LeadNode provides the platform to manage and route data, but your organization is responsible for its sales, outreach, consent, and privacy practices.
Protect credentials and internal access so only authorized staff can view or act on customer information.
LeadNode may suspend or remove access if data is misused or platform policies are violated.
